We’re a print-on-demand shop, which means every item is custom-made just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

⚠️ We will gladly replace your item if:

  • It arrives misprinted, damaged, or the wrong size due to our error
  • You contact us at support@thetradesmanshop.com within 7 days of delivery
  • You include a clear photo and your order number

❌ We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (“I changed my mind”)
  • Ordering the wrong size (we print exactly what you select)
  • Delayed deliveries due to carrier issues or incorrect shipping info

Size Tip: Every product page includes a size chart. Please double-check before ordering. We don’t replace gear because it “fits different.”

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside our policy. We’re a small operation, not Amazon — but we stand behind our gear when it matters.
