Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders ship within 2–5 business days and are delivered within 7–12 days, depending on your location. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s moving.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We print every item on demand, just for you. Because of this, we only accept returns for misprints, damaged items, or if we sent the wrong size. Please triple-check your size before ordering. We don’t refund if you "just don’t like it" — we show everything clearly before you buy.
Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect. Now what?
A: Email us at support@thetradesmanshop.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it, no hassle.
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
A: We don’t do size swaps — everything is made to order. Check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Q: Are your products union made or made in the USA?
A: Our designs are proudly American. We use trusted print providers in the USA and worldwide (through Printful) to get your gear to you faster. That means less delay, more grind.
